We offer in-person sessions at our office in Roanoke, TX; as well as virtual counseling services to anyone in the state of Texas.
-
Most counseling sessions last about 50 minutes, which allows enough time to explore your thoughts and feelings while maintaining a focused and manageable pace. This timeframe gives us time for meaningful conversation, reflection, and learning new skills without it feeling too overwhelming.
-
50-minute sessions are $120 for individuals and $140 for couples. This fee also includes the time I spend writing notes, conducting research, and carefully planning your treatment outside of our meetings to ensure you receive the highest quality care. I also offer a limited number of sliding-scale appointments to support clients who may have financial need. Please feel free to ask about availability.
-
We do not take insurance. However, upon request, we are happy to provide a Superbill that you may submit to your insurance provider for out-of-network reimbursement consideration.
-
Your first counseling session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a trusting, supportive relationship. We’ll start by talking about what brought you to counseling and what your hopes are for this process. I’ll also explain how counseling works, discuss confidentiality, and answer any questions you have. This session is a safe, judgment-free space for you to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable. Together, we’ll start to explore your goals and create a plan that feels right for you.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply in need of someone to talk to, counseling can be a helpful next step. You don’t need to have everything figured out (or be in crisis) to benefit from therapy. People come to counseling for many reasons: navigating life transitions, managing stress or anxiety, healing from past experiences, improving relationships, or just wanting a safe space to process emotions. If you’re curious, open, and ready to explore what’s going on beneath the surface, counseling might be a good fit.
